Calm down your nervous system

Most of us are in a state of long-term stress where our nervous system is constantly aroused.

During meditation, our brains typically go into the alpha or theta brainwave state (a state of deep relaxation), where we’re focused inward, feeling present and calm.

This helps reduce the inflammation response caused by stress and the feeling of anxiety. 

Reprogram your

mind

It helps you access your subconscious, which is where you can reprogram the mind and build new neural networks so you can create the change you’re desiring with more ease & grace!

Not only that, it helps build self-awareness and observe your mind so that you can become aware of your limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, and patterns, which you can then transform. 

Allow you to connect with yourself

Through meditation, you get to discover who you really are, what you like, and what matters to you. It allows you to be with yourself and increases the flow of love & compassion. 


It also quiets the mind so you can access the feeling of inner peace & safety that are always available to you in the present moment (not thinking about the past or the future). 

Help you feel centered & less reactive

With meditation you practice going out of your ego (which identifies, defends, protects) and into your essence (which is accepting, loving, compassionate). 


As a result, you’re less reactive in everyday situations, you take things less personally and are able to separate facts from your interpretations, which improves your relationships and communication. 

This 10-day meditation challenge is perfect for you if you:

I've been there...

It took me over ten years to create a daily meditation practice, even though I knew that the most successful people in the world were meditating and that every spiritual teacher + Madonna (lol) recommended it as one of the most life-changing practices out there. 

But somehow, I wasn't able to do it: it either felt boring, or I felt I’m not good at it, or I was scared of what I was going to find in the silence… 

So if you’ve been struggling with meditating I really do feel you. I’ve been there, my clients have been there, and after meditating daily for the past 6 years, I’ve realized that the trick to establishing a daily meditation practice is to let go of any rules - forget about meditating 2h/day, forget meditating in a lotus position, forget everything you know about meditation and find a way of meditating that works for you. 

In this challenge, you'll be completely held + I’ve set you up for success so that after 10 days you’ll be looking forward to meditating each day!
